I’m Janelle the proud owner born and raised in the Washington DC/ Maryland Area . As a young girl I’ve always been super fascinated by dreadlocks . I wanted them in middle school and ended up having to wait like some of you have too due to the infamous family denial . Once I became of age to make the decision for myself I have not looked back. Now residing in the Tampa Bay Area I am able to express my art with you all . I’m taking care of heads one Loc at a time !
